1. หากเป็นธุรกิจอาหาร เน้นอาหารที่ไม่ก่อให้เกิดกลิ่นฉุนรุนแรง ไม่รับครัวไทย/จีน หรือการทำอาหารที่มีกลิ่นฉุนและควันจากการผัดทอด เพื่อรักษาสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม

2. อนุญาตให้เปิดเพลงเบาๆ สร้างบรรยากาศได้ ห้ามมีการแสดงดนตรีสดและกิจกรรมที่ก่อให้เกิดเสียงดังรบกวนพื้นที่พักอาศัยโดยรอบ

3. ผู้เช่าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบการรีโนเวท แผนงานและสไตล์การตกแต่งจะต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากผู้ให้เช่าก่อนดำเนินการ เนื่องจากเราต้องการคงเสน่ห์และเอกลักษณ์เดิมของบ้านไว้ ไม่ต้องการให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างหรือรูปลักษณ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน

1. Cuisine and Odour Control

- Only food that generates minimal strong odours (e.g., baking, light Western cooking)

- NO heavy Thai/Chinese cooking or any cuisine involving pungent spices or heavy smoke that may impact the environment. 

2.Noise Control 

- Soft, ambient background music is permitted.

- Absolutely NO live music, loud amplified sound, or activities that create noise pollution that disturbs the neighbours.

3. The thenant is resposible for renovation cost. All renovation plans and design styles must be approved by the landlord before any work begins. As we intend to preserve the original charm of the house and its unique aesthetic.
